Job summary

Popeyes in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach and support team members, and ensure guests enjoy top-notch service and food quality. Youll lead by example, maintain a clean, safe environment, and manage scheduling while helping the business run smoothly.

You will also handle cash management and inventory, develop staff through training, and collaborate with management to meet goals, fostering a positive, high-performing team culture for our guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking and supervising a team.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
