Popeyes in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure guests receive top-notch service and fresh, high-quality food.

You will supervise, train, schedule, manage cash and inventory, and maintain a safe, clean environment, while supporting a positive, high-performing team. This role requires leadership and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
