Job summary

Popeyes in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service and high food quality.

You will help with scheduling, training, and performance, while maintaining a clean, organized environment and accurate cash handling. This role requires flexibility and a hands-on leadership approach in a busy, team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic deposits.
• Experience in inventory tracking and scheduling.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
