Job summary

The Shift Manager at Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) will oversee safety, environmental compliance, quality and productivity on the paper mill shift. You will lead and coach teams, ensuring policy adherence and effective cross-shift communication.

Required: a BS in pulp and paper or engineering and at least two years of mill operations experience; strong organizational and interpersonal skills and solid written/spoken communication.
