Pay: $20 - $22/hr (Based on Experience) + 10% Performance-Based Bonus (Quarterly)
Shift Length: 6-8 hours per day
No Guest Interactions – Online Orders Only
We’re a multi-concept ghost kitchen bringing together Middle Eastern flavors from Cedars in Hyde Park and Nashville hot chicken from Hot Chi under one roof in Avondale, on the north side of Chicago. Our kitchen operates exclusively for online orders, meaning no front-of-house responsibilities—just a streamlined, efficient back-of-house environment where food quality and speed matter most.
Previous kitchen or shift management experience (ghost kitchen experience is a plus!).
Strong leadership and communication skills—able to motivate a small team.
Organized and detail-oriented—capable of handling inventory, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Reliable and proactive—ready to take ownership of the kitchen’s success.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-efficiency environment.
No guest interactions—just you, your team, and the food.
