Delight Restaurant Group / Wendy's is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Operations team in Chesapeake, VA. You will help execute daily operations and may take on additional managerial duties, including the Ops Leader role.

We prize teamwork, a fun atmosphere, and internal growth. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by the end of training. Lunch is provided daily and paid training is offered.
