Fortuna Bakery is seeking a bilingual Shift Manager (Líder de Turno) to support the Lake Mary location. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily shift operations, maintains quality and cleanliness, and guides the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

Fortuna Bakery is seeking a bilingual Shift Manager (Líder de Turno) to support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Lake Mary location. In this leadership role, you will help ensure exceptional customer service, maintain quality and cleanliness standards, and provide guidance and support to the team throughout each shift. This is a hands-on position that leads by example while helping create a positive and efficient work environment.
