Domino's Pizza in Sandy Springs is seeking an Assistant Manager to progress through four management stages and gain real supervisory experience. You will be promoted with pay increases as you learn to supervise your own store.

Responsibilities include shift leadership, cost and inventory control, and delivering excellent customer service while adhering to company standards. Training is provided to move up to a store manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team (3–30 staff on shift).
• Clean driving record; ability to pass MVR check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
• Manage 3–30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations during shifts.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate cash register and handle payments.
• Make fast, accurate pizzas following recipes and portions.
• Deliver product from store to customer safely.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness at all times.
• Maintain Domino's grooming standards.
