Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with energy, urgency, and a guest-first mindset.
• Position the team for success, assign clear roles, and keep the restaurant moving during peak periods.
• Protect food safety, product quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, and Burger King brand standards throughout the shift.
• Coach crew members in the moment, recognize strong performance, and correct missed standards quickly and respectfully.
• Manage speed of service, deployment, breaks, and labor awareness while protecting the guest experience.
• Handle guest concerns professionally, recover the experience.
• Complete shift responsibilities including cash handling, deposits or safe procedures as assigned, inventory/counts, opening or closing tasks, and required documentation accurately and on time.
