Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and staff scheduling at our Ohio locations. The role includes cascading training to Sandwich Artists, supervising shifts, and ensuring equipment and paperwork are in order.

The position may include Full Time or Part Time shifts, including day, evening, and weekend hours; compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing an excellent guest experience.
• Ensuring that great food is prepared & served.
• Keeping restaurants functional, clean and beautiful.
• Controlling inventory.
• Scheduling and supervising staff.
• Being a team player.
• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities.
• Scheduling and supervising staff.
• Practicing inventory control standards. Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift.
• Completing paperwork as needed.
