Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.

• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for every visit.
• Coordinate Guest Service, Kitchen and People departments; set goals and delegate tasks.
• Ensure crew are trained in service procedures and promote promotions; organize Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas.
• Hire, train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals; motivate staff and report results.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cost controls; ensure production procedures for new menu items.
