HAZA Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to guide and develop our Wendy’s-styled team at Leander, TX. You will lead staff, ensure exceptional service, and drive daily operations while upholding standards and a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations for training and tasks.
