Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead restaurant team to deliver great service and food quality.
• Promote food safety, procedures, and brand standards on shift.
• Support management in achieving employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Be willing to travel to home store and other locations for training occasionally.
