Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and adherence to McDonald’s standards.
• Plan each shift, track performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Support departments in meeting targets and goals.
