Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Able to lead shifts, supervise crew and maintain McDonald’s standards.
• Flexible schedule and positive team player with a passion for fast-paced service.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to deliver fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Help departments meet goals and manage safety, security and profitability.
• Handle scheduling, training and team development.
• Drive inventory management and daily maintenance tasks.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and Food Safety compliance.
• Support the team in achieving targets during shifts.
• Maintain internal communications and handoffs between shifts.
