McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager for a franchisee-operated restaurant in New Jersey. You will lead shifts, supervise crew and fellow managers, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts and coordinating teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in owned and operated restaurants.
• Previous McDonald’s leadership roles (Crew Trainer, Shift Leader) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every guest.
• Provide direction to crew and other managers during the shift to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand off duties.
