Job summary

McDonald’s Ames is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will oversee crew and other managers, plan each shift, monitor performance, and uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience in hospitality or retail and a flexible schedule. You must be 18 or older to manage in our corporate-owned restaurants, with strong teamwork and communication skills central to success.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Ability to lead and motivate crew and other managers during shifts.
• Strong focus on quality, service and cleanliness.
