Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team in running shifts and upholding brand standards. You will lead the team with a positive attitude, guide others, and ensure duties are completed while maintaining safety and quality.

You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and help deliver great guest service. This role requires 18+ years of age and strong supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Strong math and accounting aptitude is preferred.
• Analytical and decision-making skills are important.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team on shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and manage the team to meet brand standards.
• Monitor inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Provide safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and help with duties as needed.
