Charter Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced shift, supervise a team, manage inventory, and ensure financial accountability while delivering safe, quality meals. You will work closely with the management team to uphold brand standards and maintain a productive, safe environment for staff and customers on every shift.

The role requires 18+ years of age, basic computer skills, and a readiness to participate in ongoing training and advancement opportunities within a franchise

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills.

Responsibilities
