Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver high-quality food in a friendly, fast-paced setting.

• Perform HR duties to engage and retain employees.
• Interview and help select candidates to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Provide A+ training to new and existing employees.
• Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks.
• Ensure food safety procedures meet company and health department standards.
