Wendy's of Western VA, Inc. is hiring full-time Shift Managers to oversee operations at Roanoke and Lynchburg locations.

You will lead team members, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold our standards of quality and cleanliness in a dynamic, high-volume setting. We expect restaurant/retail experience, flexibility for late shifts and breakfast hours, strong customer service and leadership skills, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/Retail experience required
• Able to work flexible schedules including late nights and breakfast
• Customer service and leadership skills
• Able to stand for long periods and travel to bank/other restaurants/Area Office
• Reliability is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Work with your team to create a restaurant of choice by providing the best food in a friendly and fast paced environment.
• Properly managing your shift by using Wendy's Systems.
• Manage, empower, and assist your team in achieving organizational goals that support our collective goal of "Service Excellence for every customer that we serve."
• The ability to perform HR duties for your employees in a way that maximizes employee engagement and retention.
• The opportunity to interview and recommend candidates for selection in order to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Provide A+ training for every employee through our established systems.
• Assist General Manager with administrative tasks.
• Ensure all food safety procedures are executed at a high level, in accordance with both Company and Health Department standards.
