Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with the next Shift Manager for a smooth handover.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist departments in meeting goals.
