As a Shift Manager you’ll help keep operations running smoothly, train new team members, uphold food safety standards, and drive positive service during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency during busy shifts.
• Strong coaching and motivating skills for team members.
• Clear communication and issue resolution on shift.
• Uphold food safety, quality, cleanliness and daily standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain required food safety licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members on each shift.
• Support front- and back-of-house operations for smooth service.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
