Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant GM in daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality food, a clean environment, and a great guest experience during each shift. You will lead a team, train staff, and uphold Sonic standards under pressure.

Responsibilities include hiring support, supervising, and developing Great People, managing food, labor, and guest service, enforcing safety and sanitation, and complying with laws.

• Making every guest a repeat customer by ensuring the guest leaves satisfied every time

• Celebrating team successes and coaching for better performance
