Job summary

McDonald’s Corporation and its franchisee-operated restaurant in Prairieville, LA, is seeking a Shift Manager. You will lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

You’ll supervise crew, coordinate shifts, manage training, and tackle daily operational tasks to ensure safety, profitability, and excellent customer experiences within the famous McDonald’s environment.

Qualifications

Leadership experience leading shifts or teams.
Ability to coach and direct crew during a shift.
Strong customer service focus and attention to quality.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Effective communication with the team and management.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
Meet targets and uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
Monitor safety, security and profitability; pass learnings to next Shift Manager.
Oversee tasks like food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling and training.
