Job summary

AES Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Manager in Johnson City, Tennessee. The role oversees restaurant operations and directs team members during shifts to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. You will be accountable for operations during shifts when management is not present.

The ideal candidate leads with integrity, coaches staff, controls cash/inventory, and maintains food safety and policy compliance while driving service and financial results.

Qualifications

• Experience in shift management or restaurant supervision.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to lead and coach a team effectively.
• Knowledge of cash handling and inventory controls.
• Familiarity with food safety and operations policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team provides outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run the restaurant on all shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
