AES Restaurants located in Kingsport, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Assistant Manager to enhance guest experiences and lead the team in providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will help uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards while ensuring team engagement.

This position requires leadership abilities, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as a solid understanding of profit and loss management. Ideal candidates should be reliable, have a valid driver's license, and be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
