Job summary

KBP Foods is hiring a Shift Manager for its KFC locations. You’ll lead a team during busy shifts, coach Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction while keeping the restaurant running smoothly.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a supervisory role in food service or retail, 18+, flexible availability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. KBP offers paid training, benefits, PTO, and growth paths toward store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful shifts and ensure guest satisfaction.
