KBP Foods, operating KFC locations, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team, coach Team Members, and ensure smooth restaurant operations. This hands-on leadership role offers training, benefits, and a clear path to higher roles within the KBP Brands family.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, and must be 18+. Availability includes evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18+.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful shifts, support and coach Team Members, and keep the restaurant operating smoothly.
• Help run shifts and ensure a great guest experience.
• Hands-on leadership role with opportunity for growth toward next steps (Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager).
