PepperJax Grill is hiring Shift Managers to lead high-quality, one-of-a-kind meals from the grill in a fast-paced environment. We seek individuals with an awesome attitude and strong work ethic to join our growing team in full‑time or part‑time roles.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; communicate in primary language of location.
• Background check and motor vehicle check required.
• Willing to work a variety of shifts and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, grill food, assemble meals and process payments accurately.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Ensure timely service and maintain clean dining and kitchen areas.
