Job summary

PepperJax Grill is growing and looking for an authentic, enthusiastic team member to join us as a shift manager. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires 2–3 years of shift management or assistant manager experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask. Competitive compensation with meal benefits, health coverage, 401k, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Two to three years shift management or prior assistant manager experience is required.
• Lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to communicate in primary language of location.
• Fundamental math skills.
• Background check and motor vehicle check.
• Must have adequate transportation.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time.
• Hold the team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality.
• Uphold all policies, procedures, systems and standards.
• Maintain brand image by ensuring a clean and functional restaurant and professional hospitality.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Skilled with multitasking.
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts.
