Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure top customer service, and uphold quality food standards. You will work under the guidance of the Assistant Manager and General Manager to learn and contribute to management tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
