Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, especially in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee crew and other managers during shifts.
• Monitor quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and departments.
