You’ll open and close, manage deposits, train new team members, and ensure cleanliness and food safety. The position offers above-market hourly pay up to $22.50 plus benefits and perks designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• US work authorization.
• Supervisory or restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability.
• Set up strong openings and closings for the team.
• Motivate and coach team members to success.
• Deliver fast, friendly, accurate guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards.
• Manage opening/closing duties and key-holder tasks.
• Count cash drawers and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Train and onboard new team members.
