Shake Shack in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead to manage service flow, direct a shift team, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality and speed. You’ll help build a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members.
