Responsabilités

• Lead weekly shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance.
• Maintain food safety and quality controls across the restaurant.
• Oversee inventory, hygiene and daily maintenance.
• Coach and supervise crew and other managers.
• Ensure staffing levels meet staffing goals and shifts run smoothly.
• Uphold McDonald’s standards for safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager for seamless handoffs.
• Assist in training and development of team members.
