Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise crew and other managers during each shift.
• Ensure fast, accurate, friendly service with high Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Plan for each shift and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and support department goals.
• Oversee Food Safety and quality production.
• Coordinate internal communication and training for staff.
• Schedule staff and manage daily tasks and priorities.
• Maintain inventory and daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Provide coaching and direction to team members.
