Job summary

Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred. The role requires a flexible schedule and a strong emphasis on teamwork, quality food production, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead shifts, coach crew and other managers.
• Focus on quality, service and cleanliness to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly experiences.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance and prepare the next Shift Manager.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for safety, security and profitability.
• Coordinate with departments to meet goals and targets.
• Manage food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling and training.
