Steak ’n Shake in Viera, FL is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability.

You will manage openings and closings, set the tone for the shift, coach teammates for success, and ensure fast, friendly service that exceeds guest expectations while maintaining brand standards.

This role requires US work authorization, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
