Job summary

Cafe Rio in Montana is seeking a high-energy assistant manager to lead a fast-paced, made-from-scratch kitchen and dining room. You will coach a team, ensure great guest experiences, and participate in daily operations to drive smooth service.

This on-site role includes rigorous training, opportunities for advancement, monthly bonuses, paid time off, and benefits such as health care and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hrs.
• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in restaurant settings with a team of 15+ employees.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, may exceed 40 hours.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor restaurant staff to deliver on-service excellence.
