Sonic Drive-In, franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking a Shift Manager in Virginia. You will lead a team, ensure smooth operations, and deliver the Sonic guest experience.

This role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience in food service or retail, are 18+, flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays, and can handle lifting and long shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the Sonic experience guests love.
• Own the shift by ensuring guest satisfaction and safety protocols are followed.
• Support the management team in training and development of staff.
