Job summary

KBP Brands’ Sonic Drive-In is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver the iconic Sonic guest experience. You’ll supervise crew members, manage shift operations, and uphold safety and quality standards while driving guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in quick service or retail, are 18+, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers training, benefits, PTO, and clear career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.

• Lead and motivate shift team to meet service standards.
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction during shifts.
