• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to uphold McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability; ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness on every shift.
• Coordinate shift planning, performance checks, and handoffs to upcoming Shift Manager.
