Job summary

McDonald's franchise restaurant in Rogersville, MO seeks a Shift Manager to lead and oversee crew schedules and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities

Provide leadership to crew and managers to uphold McDonald's standards.
Supervise food safety, cleanliness, and safety measures.
Address safety, security, inventory and profitability actions as needed.
Facilitate training and ongoing learning within the restaurant.
Drive team performance and hold staff accountable for results.
