Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, assign tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing).
• Deliver hospitality and a best-in-class guest experience.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
• Uphold food safety, security, and labor standards.
• Coach and develop team members; live EYAS values.
