EYAS Hospitality Group in Raleigh, NC, a Burger King franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant teams and drive service excellence. You will manage shifts, train staff, and uphold our hospitality standards while delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 6 months of quick serve restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash handling on the shift.
• Ensure food safety, security, and labor standards.
