Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee in Henderson, NV is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts and supervise crew and other managers. You will ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, safety, and profitability, liaising with the next shift manager, and supporting scheduling and training activities. Prior leadership in food service is preferred and ServSafe certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have Food Handler Safety Card.
• Must be ServSafe certified and have attended McDonald’s training classes.
• Previous leadership experience preferred in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor performance, safety, security and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions.
• Support department goals and assist with scheduling and training.
