Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant in California is hiring a Shift Leader/Manager to oversee shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.

Starting wage is $21 per hour, with a $1 add-on for overnight shifts. Benefits include 15–25 days vacation, 10 holidays, Archways to Opportunity education programs, health coverage, FSAs, disability and life insurance, paid leave, and more.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant/retail/hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week and supervise crew and other managers to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, ensure safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Help meet shift and department targets and coordinate daily operations.
