McDonald’s Stockbridge, GA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

You’ll use strong leadership, training, scheduling, and safety practices to drive performance, manage inventory, and support a positive restaurant culture with opportunities for growth and education assistance through Archways to Opportunity.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and ensure safety and profitability.
• Coordinate with next Shift Manager for smooth handoffs.
