Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts with a focus on Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You will coach crew and fellow managers, plan each shift, and monitor performance to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every guest.

Responsibilities include safety, security and profitability, coordinating with the next Shift Manager for a smooth handover, and helping departments meet goals while maintaining a positive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, planning for each shift and monitoring performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers and maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
• Help departments meet their goals and assist in achieving shift targets.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability during the shift.
